DAY 1: ARRIVAL
After arriving at Malpensa Airport and clearing customs, meet your driver in the arrival hall for a private transfer to your centrally located hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure for relaxing or exploring your surroundings. Dinner on your own this evening, and you’ll have wealth of choices as Milan boasts the highest number of Michelin restaurants in all of Italy.
DAY 2: MILAN
Today you’ll have a 3-hour Private Milan Tour, either in the morning or afternoon based on your preference (start time to be determined during confirmation process). Your English-speaking guide will meet you in the lobby for your tour of main sights of Milan, such as: the Duomo, one of the largest cathedrals in the world, taking over 600 years to complete; the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, a glass-covered 1800’s arcade; and Teatro alla Scala, a grand theater famous for its opera and ballet. Milan is renowned for high Italian fashion, and we’ll tour Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, and Via S. Andrea, where the famous names of high Italian fashion have their shops. After returning to your hotel, the remainder of the day is free for independent sightseeing.

DAY 3: MILAN
After breakfast, meet your guide for a private full day Lake Como Tour. Leave Milan for a scenic drive to the stunning Lake District. Lake Como is the third-largest lake in Italy, and is known for its incredible Mediterranean and Alpine scenery. Enjoy the surroundings with views of the grand villas of Italian nobility, most of which have now been bought by wealthy industrialists or Hollywood movie stars.
You will be given free time for lunch and to explore the enchanting towns of Como and Bellagio. Take a stroll along the shore of Como and admire some of the neoclassical villas. Passing through the medieval walls of Bellagio, you can wander through the narrow streets and alleys lined with shops and cafes. The 15th century Villa Serbilloni is not to be missed. The surrounding park is stunning and offer splendid views of Lake Como. Returning to your hotel very late afternoon and dinner on your own this evening.

DAY 4: MILAN TO DUBAI
After breakfast, you’ll have a private transfer to Malpensa Airport for your six-hour flight to Dubai. Upon arrival, your driver will await you in the arrival hall for the transfer to your hotel.

DAY 5: DUBAI
After breakfast, your driver will meet you in the lobby for your private half day city tour. Be fascinated by Dubai’s rich history and tradition beginning with a tour around the Al Fahidi Cultural Neighborhood to view the famous wind-tower architecture. Then explore the fascinating Gold Souk, one of the most renowned gold trading centers in the world. In the pungent Spice Souk, you’ll find all the exotic flavors, and the perfect place to stock up on saffron. Next will be a visit to the Dubai Museum to learn about the city’s past history.
After that, you’ll cross the Dubai Creek in the most popular mode of transport, a traditional abra (water taxi). This bustling “creek” separates the historic distinct of Bur Dubai from Deira, Dubai’s modern city center. In addition, there will be stops for photo opportunities at the Jumeirah Mosque and the striking Burj Al Arab, considered the world’s most luxurious hotel and the third tallest in the world. Returning to your hotel, the remainder of the day is free for independent sightseeing. Please note, modest attire is recommended while touring in Dubai.

DAY 6: DUBAI
The day is free at your leisure until 3:30pm. You’ll leave your hotel and the city behind, driving into the desert for a Private Sundowner Dune Dinner Safari with our entertaining guide in four-wheel drive Land Cruisers. Enjoy the fun of a dune drive in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and stop to watch a falcon display (weather permitting). At sunset, stop for photos from the top of a dune. You’ll arrive at our Bedouin-style camp where desert activities and a bonfire awaits. You can try a camel ride, mini sand-boarding (weather permitting) and henna hand painting, or just relax on large carpets and cushions with an aromatic shisha.
Then, move to the seating area and sample an Arabic style three-course buffet with unlimited drinks as you watch a belly dancing performance. Enjoy the tranquility of the desert as we turn off the camp lights for a few minutes so that you can see the stars in the night sky. There will be optional souvenirs and photos available for purchase before returning to your hotel. Please note, alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the eve of religious holidays. Additionally, the belly dancing performance will be substituted with a Tanoura dance performance during Ramadan and on religious holidays.

DAY 7: DUBAI TO BOLOGNA
Meet your driver in the lobby for a private transfer to the airport for your return flight to Milan. Upon arrival, you’ll have a private transfer to your centrally located hotel in Bologna. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

DAY 8: BOLOGNA
Today you will have a Private Bologna Walking and Gourmet Tour. On this 4-hour tour you’ll discover why Bologna is one of the richest and most interesting cities in Italy. While strolling with your guide you will understand why it was given various nicknames: the red one, the learned one and the fat one. This tour is a combination of art and eno-gastronomic traditions. In essence, food and wine tourism combined with cultural experiences. During the walking tour you will see some of the most important buildings. You’ll visit Piazza Maggiore, the city’s main gathering place, opened in the 13th century with its famous statue of Neptune, the Basilica of San Petronio, the medieval market, the Two Towers, and the Archiginnasio, the first permanent seat of the University with the Anatomical Theater.
Afterward, you will then make a stop at Majani’s shop, a traditional chocolate maker where solid chocolate was invented. Also on the agenda is a visit to Atti’s, where you’ll learn the history of tortellini and tagliatelle. The tour will end at Tamburini’s, and you’ll have the opportunity to taste some delicious local products such as mortadella, parmigiano, seggiano, and salami, accompanied by local wine. Please note that in July and August, Majani’s chocolate shop is closed, however in its place, you’ll enjoy a visit to Venchi’s, Italy’s renowned ice-cream makers. The remainder of the day is free for independent sightseeing.

DAY 9: BOLOGNA
Racing fans and car aficionados will be thrilled with today’s agenda: a private “Ferrari World” tour along with lunch and a test drive! After breakfast, meet your guide for the short ride to Maranello, home of Ferrari and the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One racing team. This tour is totally dedicated to the “Reds”, which is the term fans use to describe the Ferrari cars. Maranello is where Enzo Ferrari started his career, and is also known as the Red Town because it’s the home of this world famous car.
You’ll be accompanied on this tour by your English-speaking driving escort, who is also passionate about sports cars. He’ll take you to see the Ferrari Gallery, where you will see models of the car from its origins to the present days, then continue with a visit to the Ferrari factory grounds. A dedicated Ferrari bus will take you through the plant for an outside view of the various pavilions. Also part of the tour is a 10-minute test drive on normal urban roads. You’ll feel your heart racing when seated behind the wheel of a Ferrari California with an expert pilot at your side. After all that excitement, unwind with a 2-course lunch with wine at a local restaurant. Returning to your hotel, dinner will be on your own this evening.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, you’ll have a private transfer to Malpensa Airport for your return flight to New York JFK.
